Every Her Glow order is backed by a full 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied — for any reason — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at herglow.uk@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a brief reason for your return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Return Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Return postage is covered by Her Glow for faulty or incorrectly sent items
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
